| Agency Name | Name of the reporting agency. |
| Population | Identifies population information for each law enforcement agency. |
| Population Group | FBI designation of seven classes of cities based on population. |
| Employees | Total agency employees. |
| Sworn Law Enforcement Officers | Total number of sworn personnel. Data on total number of male and female officers are also available. |
| Civilian Employees | Total number of civilian personnel. Data on total number of male and female civilian employees are also available. |
